Pickled in wine vinegar infused with oregano and tarragon, this garlic has a full and savoury sweetness.

These classic Spanish encurtidos (pickles) can complement everything from canapes to cocktails, or simply be eaten with a cold beer or a glass of wine.

 

Serve it as a tapa alongside olives and anchovies for a simple, classic snack, or use it to add flavour and texture to pasta sauces, antipasti platters and sautéed vegetables or a stir fry.

 

 

 

Ingredients: Garlic cloves (Sulphites), water, vinegar, salt, oregano, tarragon, acid: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Story: The history of Perelló began in 1964 Entrepreneur GPS realised the potential of the natural resources of the environment where he grew up to create a small family business dedicated to growing, harvesting and distributing olives.

From its inception, the company focused on the commercialization of the arbequina variety, characteristic of Catalonia and Aragon, but soon the number of products increased, including more types of olives and pickles.

Perello settled in Barcelona and continued to grow his business with perseverance and dedication while always maintaining its family-like character.
