These manzanilla olives are green, with a firm and meaty texture and are slightly spicy with a lightly bitter, briny flavour. Marinaded with guindilla chillies to add spiciness. Manzanilla are the most popular olive in Spain. 

Serving suggestion: The perfect snack eaten on their own or they can also be added to salads, cocktails and dressings.



Ingredients: Water, green olives, chilli (Sulphites), salt, flavour enhancers: E621 and E635, acid: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Allergens: May also contain traces of Fish and almonds (Nuts) due to manufacturing methods.

 

Story: The history of Perelló began in 1964 Entrepreneur GPS realised the potential of the natural resources of the environment where he grew up to create a small family business dedicated to growing, harvesting and distributing olives.

From its inception, the company focused on the commercialization of the arbequina variety, characteristic of Catalonia and Aragon, but soon the number of products increased, including more types of olives and pickles.

Perello settled in Barcelona and continued to grow his business with perseverance and dedication while always maintaining its family-like character.
