Terres Promises

L’Apostrophe Rose Varois

About the Wine: It has a beautiful pale pink hue, with strawberry, blackberry, spice and garrigue on the nose. The palate is all kinds of cherry – juicy, sour and even macerated. A little watermelon and citrus round things out and continue through the long, crisp finish.

About the Vineyard: Jean-Christophe Comor has set up by himself in 2003/2004 a small winery named Domaine Les Terres Promises in the back country of Provence at an altitude of 400 meters. In his former life he was working in political circles in Paris, organizing groups or think tanks to create a new dynamic in the relation between citizens and the political elite.
