Story: Muti really kicked off when Matt White moved to Bristol in the summer of 2018. He was inspired by the energy, creativity & vibrancy of this amazing city & I also discovered lacto-fermentation. After a year or so of investigating the science & discovering the art of fermentation TROUBLEMAKER was born. 


He makes small batches, one at a time & looks after them for as long as it takes to reach the ideal flavour & acidity He goes to great lengths to bring the best out of each ingredient & ensure the combinations work the way he wants them to. These processes take time but I think it is time well spent to achieve a better quality end product.
