Victoria's Vegan, GF Brownies

This could't be more simple, ready?

Ingredients

1/2 cup Pip & Nut Smooth Peanut Butter
1 can of Bold Bean Co. Chickpeas (Drained)
2 tsp Nielsen-Massey vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of Dove's Farm Freee Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Dove's Farm Free Bicarbonate of Soda
1/3 cup of chopped dark chocolate
1/3 cup of Shady Maple Farms Maple Syrup
1 bar Tony's Chocolonely

Method

  1. Blend everything but the chocolate in a food processor, then stir in the dark chocolate
  2. 180 degrees fan for 25 minutes. Snack on the Tony's bar while you wait.
